U.S. BioDefense, in response to the potential of California's $3 Billion Stem Cell Research Fund and a Department of Defense BioDefense Grant available related to Embryonic Stem Cell technology commercialization, has positioned itself to leverage the company's Stem Cell technology transfer focus to increase shareholder value and place the company at the center of this emerging industry.

U.S. BioDefense is continuing to evaluate, explore licensing and consequently commercialize stem cell related technology. In line with this initiative, U.S. BioDefense has submitted research grant proposals with agencies such as the Department of Defense Chemical Biological Defense Agency. Expert advisors are assisting U.S. BioDefense with the evaluation of technology and with internal development of these technologies.
