Stem Cell Stocks Take a Beating
Related News: Stem Cell InvestmentYesterday was a rough day in the market for many stem cell related companies. More than half of the stem cell stocks we monitor had prices drop, and some as much as 11%.
Appears that the animal protein contamination issue is still hitting hard and still filtering down to some investors....
Essentially, from a scientific standpoint, the contamination issue is basically .. a non issue. Stem cell lines are predominantly more of a research phase, and less for immediate implantation procedures.
